Restaurant Booking Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all reservations at any Provenance Collection property (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Terms applicable to your booking are those in effect at the time of reservation.
- General Reservations
Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the booked time, after which the reservation may be released.
- Group Bookings (5 or More Guests)
Bookings for 5 or more guests require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person to secure the table. This must be received within 24 hours of booking.
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.
This deposit is non-transferable and will not be refunded in case of no-shows or cancellations.
- Function Bookings (Private Hire and Events)
For private hire, events, or function room bookings, a separate agreement may be provided outlining where applicable:
- Deposit terms, Minimum spend commitments or Room & Equipment hire fees
- Function timings
- Menu options and any pre-order requirements
- Set up and break down access
Any additional charges incurred on the day (e.g., bar tabs, additional guests) must be settled before departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
In the event of cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the event the cancellation is made.
- Special Menus and Days
Special menus are run through the year, which may include, but are not limited to: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Tasting Menus, and Menus with supplementary entertainment. To which additional terms may apply, including:
- Higher deposit or prepayment
- Fixed pricing
- Limited or no refund policies
Specific terms are noted in promotional materials.
- Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary needs. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Conduct, Damage, and Liability
The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for any damage caused to the premises or property.
We reserve the right to charge for any damages or deep cleaning required after a function.
Any abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of service or removal from the premises.
- Children and Personal Accessibility
Please inform us of any accessibility needs, prams, or highchair requirements when booking so we can accommodate them accordingly.
