Are dogs allowed?
Yes, all our suites are dog-friendly. There is an additional charge for overnight stays.
Do you have parking?

There is no charging point on site, but our team can best direct you to the closest location.

What are the cancellation terms & conditions of your packages?
For all West Acre packages and group bookings a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance and details finalised 4 weeks prior to your stay.
Prior to 4 weeks’ notice this deposit can be used and moved to a different date.
Do you offer a catering option?
When staying in our nine bedroomed house we can assist with any catering needs that you may have with our dedicated chef and service team. All catering requirements must be pre-booked in advance. Some sample menus can be viewed in our Hospitality Packages page. When staying in our Spinney Cottage, we can also provide a ‘Heat at Home’ option. Please contact us to discuss in more detail.
Are drinks included in the packages?
We can open our drinks bar for service if requested. This is a bottle and spirits bar which can be stocked with your favourite tipple and served by our dedicated team, or self-serve after our team have left. You are also welcome to provide your own drinks to pair with our catering options, this will incur a corkage fee of £20 per bottle of wine and £30 per bottle of sparkling.
