Why are you changing your app?
We’ve switched app providers to offer a more seamless experience – something we consistently strive for here at Provenance. We want your rewards to be effortlessly enjoyable. That’s why we’ve teamed up with experts who already manage many of our systems, ensuring a smoother experience for you.
What’s different about the app?
We’ve revamped our rewards system. Farewell to the Provenance Passport. Now, earn points every visit: £1 spent on food earns 1 point, and £2 spent on accommodation earns 1 point.
Do I need to download the new app if I already have the old one?
Yes, please download the new app to start earning your points. Uninstall the old one as we are unable to use this one going forward. Apple users, get it on the App Store; Android users, find it on the Google Play Store.
Can I earn points while staying with you?
Absolutely! Our improved app lets you earn points every stay, as well as when dining and drinking with us. Get 1 point for every £2 spent on accommodation. Please note that when staying with us, all food and beverage points must be redeemed at the time of dining from our restaurant team – we are unable to add points at the end of your stay for any dining. Kindly note that this excludes West Acre Lodge.
Can I save up points or must I spend my rewards immediately?
You’re in control! Previously, you could only use one reward at a time. Now you can decide. Use your £10 rewards towards food, drink, or stays, or keep collecting points for bigger rewards.
Will there be a physical card option?
Of course. Physical cards will be available at each site, allowing you to earn points when dining, drinking, and staying with us. We will have physical cards available at each site so you can collect points when dining, drinking, and staying with us. Please ask one of our wonderful team members. You will need to register your card before you can redeem any points earned, which can be done by clicking here.
Can I earn points for special events, like weddings or a private dinner?
Yes, you can earn points on the food, drink, and accommodation parts of the bookings for special events.
Can points be split between groups?
Yes, points can be split between groups, but please inform your server before making the payment. We won’t be able to split points once the payment has been processed.
What other benefits does the app have?
Our app seamlessly integrates with our systems, automatically adding points when you book a table for food and drink in our restaurants using the same email address registered with your app. Plus, find your nearest Provenance Collection venue, browse menus, events, and promotions – all in one place. Stay tuned for more exciting features coming soon!
Do my points expire after a certain period?
Points and rewards expire 24 months after date earned.
Is there a limit to how many points I can accumulate?
No, there is no limit to how many points you can accumulate. Rewards are entirely based on your spending and visits.
How can I get assistance if I encounter any issues with the app or have any questions about my rewards?

Can I still earn points and access basic features of the app when I don’t have an internet connection?
Points and rewards are associated with your email address, therefore if you make a table reservation using the same email linked to your app registration, points will be added automatically.
Will my points automatically be added straight after dining/staying?
Your points won’t be added immediately after dining or staying. Instead, they are updated once a day, at midnight. Therefore, you’ll see updates to your points the following day.
