Where we began
Our chairman, Chris Blundell, started our collection with The Carpenters Arms in 2009. That single step eventually paved the way to our collection of eight venues in North Yorkshire. From heart-of-village inns to boutique hotels and restaurants, we’re here to help you relax in a way you’ll never forget.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve received both national and local recognition for hospitality and culinary excellence. This quality runs through our family-run operation, which strives for quality food and service, great value and genuine care for every guest.

Making the most of each season
Mount St. John is our very own kitchen garden, nestled in the Hambleton Hills of Felixkirk. Designed by Tom Stuart-Smith, an award-winning landscape architect, this creative masterpiece keeps our kitchens supplied with the freshest produce all year round.
Our chefs and gardeners work with the seasons, carefully selecting the right produce to craft our award-winning menus.
