Provenance Points is a free customer loyalty programme that rewards guests for spending at Provenance Collection’s hotels, pubs and restaurants in North Yorkshire. When you register, you earn points on money spent on food, drink and accommodation, which you can collect over time to redeem for discounts off your next visit to us.

How Do You Earn Provenance Points?

Provenance Points reward spending on food, drink and stays at our participating venues. Here’s how it works:

1. Join the Rewards Programme

First, you need to create a free account on the Provenance Points portal. If you collected a physical loyalty card at one of our venues, you will need to register it to create an account.

For those without a card, setting up your profile is easy and only takes a few minutes. Simply add your contact details, date of birth and gender and then agree to our policies.

2. Earn Points as You Spend

Once registered, you will now collect points whenever you drink, dine or stay at Provenance Collection venues (except the West Acre Lodge).

Here’s how it works:

  • For every £1 spent on food and drink, you will earn one point.
  • For every £2 spent on accommodation, you will earn one point.
  • Once you’ve collected 200 points, you’ll receive a £10 discount on your next stay, drink or dining experience at Provenance.
  • If you are splitting a bill, points can be shared between groups, but must be made known before making a payment.

If you are booking a special event or wedding, you will also receive points on any bookings of food, drink and accommodation included in your package.

3. Check Your Balance

As your loyalty points arrive, you can track how many you’ve earned in the Provenance Points app or on our online dashboard.

These points expire after 24 months, so you have plenty of time to build up your total and earn rewards as you go.

4. Redeem Rewards

Once you’ve accumulated 200 points, you will receive a £10 discount on your next spend as a reward. There are no limits on points, so as your balance grows, your rewards will, too!

When you visit one of our award-winning venues, please inform your server that you wish to use your points, and they will apply your discount to your total spend.

What Can You Do on the Provenance Points App?

The Provenance Points app allows you to:

  • View your points balance
  • Generate a QR code for servers to scan and for you to collect points
  • Access exclusive offers and promotions
  • Receive updates on new dishes and seasonal menus
  • Access general venue information, such as location, opening hours and contact information
