This spring, our kitchen turns to the very best of Yorkshire’s fields, coast and countryside.

Expect bright flavours, lighter plates and produce at its seasonal peak, thoughtfully sourced from trusted local suppliers and prepared with precision.

Spring Menu Previews

Venison Ragu
Low-braised venison ragu with red wine, aromatic herbs, and rich tomato, tossed with silky rigatoni pasta—hearty, comforting, and full of spring depth.

Fresh Fuel Salad
A vibrant lemon & chilli dressed quinoa salad with roasted tenderstem broccoli, chickpeas, pickled cucumber, broad beans, red onion, avocado, fresh mint, fresh coriander & watercress—fresh, nourishing, and packed with flavour.

Three-Cheese Toastie
Golden toasted sourdough, filled with a melty trio of mozzarella, cheddar & parmesan cheese—simple, indulgent, and perfect for lunch or a light bite.

Sweet Treats & Drinks
Freshly brewed tea or coffee served with a choice of chocolate-dipped salted caramel profiteroles, rich chocolate brownie, or mini St P.—the perfect finish to a springtime feast.
