What Staff Christmas Party Options Are Available?
Private Parties
Book a private dining room and enjoy a festive meal with your team. Our chefs have curated the perfect three-course Christmas party menu, with a choice of a traditional turkey dinner, a delicious steak or a tasty meat-free option. Private parties are available at:
- The West Park Hotel – Various event spaces can seat between 20 and 120 guests
- The Coach and Horses – Seats up to 50 guests
- The Carpenters Arms – Seats up to 20 guests
- The Oak Tree Inn – Seats up to 40 guests
- The Crown and Cushion – Seats up to 26 guests
Private parties are available to book from 23rd November to 24th December 2026*, excluding Sundays. Book before 31st October and receive a complimentary bottle of Silver Reign sparkling wine at The West Park Hotel and The Carpenters Arms. At all other venues, you’ll receive a complimentary bottle of house fizz to start your Christmas celebration in style.
*Private parties run until 23rd December at The Crown and Cushion.
Overnight Stays
Turn your festive meal into an overnight stay and make the most of your Christmas celebration. Receive a mulled wine on arrival, enjoy your festive dinner, then head to the bar to continue the evening together without worrying about taxis or the last train home.
When the celebrations wind down, simply head straight up to bed for a comfortable night’s sleep. The next morning, enjoy breakfast with your team before heading home or exploring the local area.

Private Lodge Stay
Treat your team to a festive weekend away in North Yorkshire at West Acre Lodge, available for private hire. With 11 exclusive-use suites sleeping up to 22 guests, it’s the perfect place to celebrate Christmas while bringing your team together.
