Before the music begins, enjoy a delicious two-course festive dinner prepared by The West Park Hotel kitchen.
Our menu brings together seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, with a choice of beautifully prepared dishes including Roasted Chicken Supreme, Turkey Ballotine, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli and Sicilian Grilled Tuna Steak, followed by a selection of indulgent festive desserts.
